Delivery & Returns Policy

We offer UK Mainland Deliveries only.

Our tracked & Insured postage is via Royal Mail.

Our Occasion Wear postage is at a charge of £15.00 per order to cover postage, packaging and insurance of goods whilst in transit.  If more than 1 occasion dress is ordered the postage cost will increase.

We offer as standard, a 5 working day delivery service for all orders going to a UK Mainland address.

Online Store Return Policy – applies to purchases made via our online shop only.  Does not apply to items purchased in person, or in store.

While we hope that you love your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods purchased via our online shop, we will happily offer you a full refund for the cost of the goods.  You must notify us of your return to info@blessingsbridal.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  You then have an additional 7 days to return the goods to us.  Goods received outside the 14-day returns period will not be accepted for refund.

Eligibility for Returns

The items must be unused and returned in the same resalable condition that you received it.  Items must be unworn, unmarked and with original tags still attached and returned within the 14 day period to be eligible to receive a  refund.

If you are eligible for a refund it will be applied to your original method of payment.

Postage Costs Incurred

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.  We recommend using a tracked service and that you retain the proof of postage purchase with the Tracking Number to ensure your return is received by us.  Postage costs are non refundable.  If your receive a refund the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 5-7 working days of our receiving the goods. 

Duty and Taxes

Upon request, international shipping can be arranged, this will be subject to individual country and depending on the items cost.  The customer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes once the order has arrived in your country.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions
