Delivery Policy

We offer UK deliveries only via Royal Mail.

Our occasion wear postage is at a charge of £15.00 per order to cover postage, packaging and insurance of your goods whilst in transit. If more than 2 occasion dresses are ordered the postage cost will increase.

We offer as standard, a 5 working day delivery service for all orders going to a UK address.

Online Store Return Policy – applies to purchases made via our online shop only. Does not apply to items purchased in person, or in-store.

While we hope that you will love your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods purchased via our online shop, we will happily offer you a full refund for the cost of the goods. You must notify us of your return to info@blessingsbridal.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. You then have an additional 7 days to return the goods to us. Goods received outside the 14-day returns period will not be refunded. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store.


Eligibility for Returns

The item must be in a perfect, resalable condition. Items must be unworn, unmarked and with all original tags still attached.

Postage Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and that you retain the proof of purchase with the tracking number to ensure your return is received.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 4-5 working days of our receiving the goods.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions
